We ship 99% of all domestic orders the same day for orders received by 12:00 noon EST.

UPS Ground Service is available in all 50 states.  Please review the above map before selecting any of the premium service levels shown below.  UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.  For PO Box deliveries please select US Mail.  Retail customers pay $5.75 for orders up to $12.00, $6.75 shipping for orders $12.01 and $8.75 for orders above $25.01. This price is valid within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Territories are serviced is at a higher rate.  On occasion when dealing with domestic orders we may change the shipping method to US Mail because the actual cost of shipping exceeds our flat rate fee. 

US Mail and Priority Mail is available in all 50 states and territories.  Before selecting US Mail please consider that we do not have tracking capability and as such if your order is delayed there is no recourse until the disposition of the package is made by the Post Office. Since this level of service may require air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  Retail customers pay $5.75 for orders up to $12.00, $6.75 shipping for orders $12.01 and $8.75 for orders above $25.01. UPS 3 Day Select is a cost effective expedited service for those customer orders shipping west of the Mississippi.  In determining the delivery day do not count the day of shipment as well as weekends and holidays.  Example: an order placed and credit approved by 12:00 noon Monday will be delivered on Thursday by end-of-day. Since this level of service may require air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  This shipping option is only available within the continental United States.  This service can not ship to a post office box.

UPS 2 Day Air is fast and reasonable for the service received and is available for all 50 states. In determining the delivery day do not count the day of shipment as well as weekends and holidays. Example: an order placed and credit approved by 12:00 noon Monday will be delivered on Wednesday by end-of-day. Since this level of service requires air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  This service is available in all 50 states. This service can not ship to a post office box.

UPS Next Day Air Saver an economical next day service that guarantees delivery by 3:00 pm.  Example: an order placed and credit approved by 12:00 noon Monday will be delivered on Tuesday by 3:00 pm.  Since this level of service requires air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  This service is available within the continental United States in most but not all areas.  This service can not ship to a post office box.

International orders will be sent by US Mail.  (Minimum order for international orders is $30.00 in merchandise, orders for Pro-Tick Remedy's are an exception)  We can only ship to countries for which we can purchase insurance against loss.  Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable import duty, fees and taxes imposed at the destination.  Packages which are refused at their destination and returned in new condition will be credited less shipping round-trip costs. International customers will always have shipping charges and level of service confirmed by email prior to shipping.  International order minimum is $30 excluding shipping and handling. We do not export any insecticides or insect repellents.

Minimum orders are not required for domestic orders.  Regardless of how small an order may be we are happy that you selected us. On occasion when dealing with domestic orders we reserve the right to change the shipping method to either US Mail or UPS Ground because the cost of shipping exceeds our flat rate fee. 

Address Corrections and Package Refusals (customer redirects) are a rare occurrence.  An error as simple as a zip code or house number will result in an address correction by UPS.  When this occurs UPS charges $5.00 for a ground package and $10.00 for an air package.  Please make certain to review your internet order and the confirming email since address correction/customer redirects expenses will be passed along to the customer.  If a package is refused at delivery time the customer will be billed for the return charges imposed by UPS.
