We ship 99% of all domestic orders the same day for orders received by 12:00 noon EST.

(S1 and S2) Shipping rates are as follows - they are based solely on the order amount and are only applicable to the continental US.  In some cases we will change the shipping method to or from US Mail/UPS based on service level, this is generally for orders below $50. Orders for AK, HI, PR, VI, Guam etc must select (S8. International customers please see below).

(S1) UPS Ground Service is available in all 50 states.  The above map shows the delivery times for UPS Ground Service.  UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.  For PO Box (APO & FPO) deliveries please select (S2) US Priority Mail.  For shipments to AK, HI, PR please select UPS code (S7) or change to US Priority Mail code (S8).  In some cases we will change the shipping method to or from US Mail/UPS because our actual shipping cost exceeds the order shipping value, this is generally for orders below $40.  Please review UPS guarantees below.

 

(S2) US Priority Mail is available in all 50 states and territories.  Before selecting US Mail please consider that we do not have tracking capability and as such if your order is delayed there is no recourse until the disposition of the package is made by the Post Office. In some cases we will change the shipping method to or from US Mail/UPS because our actual shipping cost exceeds the order shipping value, this is generally for orders below $40. Since this level of service may require air transport we cannot ship any aerosols by this method.   

 

(S3) UPS 3 Day Select is a cost effective expedited service for those customer orders shipping west of the Mississippi.  In determining the delivery day do not count the day of shipment as well as weekends and holidays.  Example: an order placed and credit approved by 12:00 noon Monday will be delivered on Thursday by end-of-day. Since this level of service may require air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  This shipping option is only available within the continental United States.  This service cannot ship to a post office box.  Please review UPS guarantees below.  

 

(S4) UPS 2 Day Air is fast and reasonable for the service received and is available for all 50 states. In determining the delivery day do not count the day of shipment as well as weekends and holidays. Example: an order placed and credit approved by 12:00 noon Monday will be delivered on Wednesday by end-of-day. Since this level of service requires air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  This service is available in all 50 states. This service cannot ship to a post office box.  Please review UPS guarantees below.  

 

(S5) UPS Next Day Air a next day service that guarantees delivery by 1:00 pm.  Example: an order placed and credit approved by 12:00 noon Monday will be delivered on Tuesday by 1:00 pm.  Since this level of service requires air transport we can not ship any aerosols by this method.  This service is available within the continental United States in most but not all areas.  This service can not ship to a post office box.

(S7) UPS Ground Service is available for AK, HI and PR and is priced properly with this code.  The above map shows the delivery times for UPS Ground Service.  UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes.  For PO Box (APO & FPO) deliveries please select (S2) US Mail.

(S8) US Priority Mail for AK, HI, PR, VI, Guam and territories are priced using this code. Since this level of service may require air transport we cannot ship any aerosols by this method.   

 

International orders  will be sent by US Priority Mail International. Please note that all international order postage must be calculated manually, we will email you the total shipping cost and ask for your approval prior to shipping your order. (Minimum order for international orders is $50.00 in merchandise)  We can only ship to countries for which we can purchase insurance against loss.  Customers are responsible for payment of all applicable import duty, fees and taxes imposed at the destination.  Packages which are refused at their destination and returned in new condition will be credited less round-trip shipping costs. International customers will always have shipping charges and level of service confirmed by email prior to shipping.  Your phone number and email address are mandatory, we can not process your order without these items because they are required on our export documents. International order minimum is $50 excluding shipping and handling. Sorry, we do not export any insecticides or insect repellents.

 

Minimum orders are not required for domestic orders.  Regardless of how small an order may be we are happy that you selected us.

Address Corrections and Package Refusals (customer redirects) are a rare occurrence.  An error as simple as a zip code, house number or apartment number will result in an address correction by UPS.  When this occurs UPS charges $10.00 for a ground package and $18.00 for an air package.  Please make certain to review your internet order and the confirming email since address correction/customer redirects expenses will be passed along to the customer.  If a package is refused at delivery time the customer will be billed for the return charges imposed by UPS.

 

UPS Delivery Guarantees are limited by certain external events including weather related delays, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond their control.  The Christmas/Holiday season is also an area where these guarantees are subject to revision.  You can see these on the UPS website.  We can say that UPS is extremely reliable and professional but that on rare occasion they fail to meet these delivery commitments.  Instead of providing a copy of their service guarantees we will commit to you that if you select a priority service level from UPS and if they fail to meet that guarantee will will contact UPS regarding the issue and seek credit for the priority service fees.  If we receive a refund from UPS in your behalf, we will credit your account.  However, if UPS does not issue the credit we unfortunately will not be able to issue a credit to your account.

 

Address Corrections occur when the address provided is not deliverable per UPS and in turn must be corrected.  When this occurs UPS charges us for the address correction.  An error as simple as a zip code, house number or apartment number will result in an address correction by UPS. For UPS ground shipment corrections they charge us $8.00 and for all Air Services they charge $15.00.  Any charges we incur because an incorrect address is provided and that results in such UPS charges, those charges will be passed along to the customer.
