SCS has been in business since 1986 and began as a mail order company.  We have never sold or bartered any of our customer information for any purpose . . . we value your business and we guarantee your privacy.

30 Day Return Policy - All unopened merchandise except special orders and first aid kits/products, can be returned within 30 days of purchase (see special mosquito net information below).  Eligible items can be returned only if the original package remains sealed and unopened, same new condition as when sold, with all literature/instructions and warranty cards as applicable. Carefully wrap and pack the item(s) being returned and send it by US Mail insured or UPS. Parcels must be shipped prepaid; sorry COD returns will be refused. Include the original or a copy of the invoice. Please indicate your preference of an exchange or refund. SCS will only refund shipping charges when due to a shipping error (shipping incorrect product) caused by SCS, or defect in merchandise when a replacement product is being shipped at no charge.

Mosquito nets can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund only if the mosquito net is in its sealed unopened original factory package.  This insures that high health and sanitary standards are maintained. Any opened mosquito net returned and found to be not in "as sold and sealed" condition will be processed but with a 50% restocking charge applied, the net is then destroyed.  Opened mosquito nets are never resold. This is limited to one such exception per customer.
