Mosquito nets that have been pre-treated with an insecticide (permethrin) are not legal for sale in the USA because the EPA requires that they be registered.  That is why we offer the treatment product as an option so you can apply it yourself.  This is in fact a better option for you because you will know when your product was treated and that is was treated with a product that meets the safety standards required in the USA.  These same treatment products can also be used to treat clothing which offers you the ultimate in traveler protection.
